PHOTOLIBRARY PERMISSION - Required for storing the QR Code needed scanning or sharing the created QR Code.
In the above situation, we guarantee that your information will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information (e.g. your name and email address) for any other purposes, such as to further market our products. We will never disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gains, we do not share your personally identifiable information with Google for their own independent use, except as required for the functionality of integrated services like Google Analytics.
We may disclose your information to comply with legal requirements, such as responding to a court order or government request. If our application is acquired or merged with another company, your information will be transferred with your consent as part of the transaction.
To enhance user experience, certain features within our app may be powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies provided by third-party service providers, such as Google Gemini or similar APIs. These AI-powered features primarily include scanning and interpreting QR codes and other related data.
When you use the AI-powered scanning feature, scanned content (such as QR codes or image keyframes) may be securely transmitted to our third-party AI providers for real-time analysis.

While we and our providers do not perform long-term storage or use your data to train AI models, a temporary technical cache is maintained solely to ensure session stability and successful processing. Such cached data is encrypted and automatically deleted immediately after processing, or within a maximum of 48 hours.
Our providers are contractually prohibited from retaining this data beyond these technical requirements or sharing it with unauthorized parties.
AI-generated outputs are produced by probabilistic models and may contain inaccuracies. Users should verify critical information decoded from scans before taking action. We disclaim any liability for decisions or consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

Minimization: We do not require account registration and do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for general App use.
Local Storage: Most data (scanned history, app settings) is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the App cache or uninstalling the App.
AI Data Retention: Data uploaded for AI processing is encrypted during transmission and is temporarily cached by third-party service providers for technical purposes, in accordance with their privacy agreements. This data is retained for no longer than 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted. The data is explicitly prohibited from being used for model training.
Security Measures: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, including secure transmission protocols and periodic internal audits.
